Before you move away… | Colonial Dorchester

Charleston is home to all types of people.  We see native Charlestonians who are here forever, military families that call Charleston home for only a short time, college students spending the most important time of their lives here and everything in between.  I am often tasked with helping those that are moving on from Charleston with capturing a remembrance of their time here.  I was contacted by Paula and she gave a great suggestion of Colonial Dorchester Historic site in Summerville.  Her husband had already started his job out of state and it was so hard finding a time when he was available and in town.  We found a perfect opportunity and headed out to Colonial Dorchester and captured a few photos.  I must say that this day was an early sign of the heat that was coming this summer.  It started off nice but then the humidity took over so we had to act fast and try to keep everyone happy.  The family did awesome and here are a few photos from that day.
